Before you begin
- A Semiora account (Free plan or higher)
- A Slack workspace where you have permission to install apps
- Slack admin approval for third-party apps (if required by your workspace)
1. Connect your Slack workspace
Authorize Semiora to post messages to your Slack workspace via OAuth.

Sign in to your Semiora workspace at app.semiora.com.

Navigate to Settings → Integrations in the left sidebar.

Find Slack in the messaging integrations list and click Connect.

In the Slack popup, review the requested permissions and click Allow to authorize Semiora.

Select the default channel where you want booking notifications to be posted.

Click Save to complete the integration setup.
2. Configure notification settings
Customize which booking events trigger notifications and which channels receive them.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack.

Under Notification Events, toggle which booking events trigger Slack messages.

Under Channel Routing, select which Slack channels receive each event type.

Optionally, enable Direct Messages to send notifications to specific users by email.

Click Update Settings to apply your configuration.

3. Disconnect the integration
To remove Slack from Semiora:

Click Disconnect next to the Slack integration.

Confirm the disconnection in the popup modal.

Semiora immediately deletes all stored OAuth tokens and stops sending notifications.
